I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult challenges, offering a safe, supportive, and compassionate space for healing and growth. My practice focuses on working with clients experiencing trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, communication/relationship issues, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community.

Private pay eliminates the need to share your personal and medical information, including diagnosis, with insurance companies. The heightened privacy can create a safer environment to discuss sensitive topics openly without fear of external scrutiny.

A mental health diagnosis is often required for insurance coverage. Private pay allows you to get help for personal growth, relationship issues, or stress without needing a formal diagnosis on your medical record.

Customizing Treatment

You and your therapist can decide on the best treatment approach, session length, and frequency without insurance company restrictions or protocols. You can attend as many sessions as you need, allowing for a more gradual healing process.
